Professor Hours
Easily set up "Professor Hours" for students to reserve virtually or in-person time blocks. Arrangr then sends a meeting marker into one's calendar of choice automatically and then pings everyone at a set time before the Teacher/Student conference begins. Arrangr even sends a quick link to launch a Zoom or Google Meet video conference if that is needed.
Group Meetings
Set up virtual and/or in-person department head meetings, student group meetings, etc. with ease using Arrangr's RSVP or Group Polling features. Meeting markers are then automatically inserted in one's calendar and pings everyone at a set time before the event begins - with a quick link to launch a video conference if that is needed.
